Return Period

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the Consumer Services Act (Konsumenttjänstlagen), which implement EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.

For distance contracts, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods or the day you receive confirmation of the contract, whichever is later.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original, unused condition
• Not be damaged, altered, or personalized
• Include all original packaging and documentation
• Be returned within the 14-day return period
• Include proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or if you are exercising your right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at crimson@detoxificationph.world with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
5. Once we receive and verify the item's condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items returned after the 14-day return period
• Items without proof of purchase

General Legal Requirements

This return policy is in accordance with Swedish consumer protection legislation, including:

• The Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59)
• The Consumer Services Act (Konsumenttjänstlagen, SFS 2018:1098)
• The Consumer Sales Act (Köplagen, SFS 1990:932)

Your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law are not affected by this policy. This policy provides additional benefits beyond your legal rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at crimson@detoxificationph.world with your order number.

Under Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item, in accordance with Swedish Consumer Services Act
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise

Under Swedish law, we must reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at crimson@detoxificationph.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition prints are subject to the same return policy, but please note that once a limited edition is sold out, we may only be able to offer a refund rather than an exchange. Please refer to your order confirmation or contact us for specific details about returning limited edition items.
